Direct Booking Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable 5 days before arrival.
• If the booking is made within 5 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival (deposit refundable).
• If cancelled within 5 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
• In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount is payable.
Direct Booking Discounts
• 10% discount applies to short stays (1–3 nights).
• 7% discount applies to longer stays (4+ nights).
